When will the goods be delivered?
faltenlos-online GmbH stores the most sought-after hyaluron fillers in the world for you. We can usually deliver the bestsellers immediately. The following rules then apply:
Orders received before 12.00 a.m. will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
Products not in stock?
In the event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock, shipping will generally take place 3-6 business days later unless otherwise stated. At the request of our customers, we may also make partial deliveries and send the remainder.
Courier, Tracking-Number & Delivery time
When you receive your order, you will receive an e-mail from our shipping partner in which you can follow the route of your order and are thus prepared to receive the goods.
All orders are shipped with reputable shipping companies. Currently these are DHL, UPS or TNT/FEDEX.
Usually you will receive your goods within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. Orders from non-EU countries take longer, usually 4-8 working days. Here, too, we provide our customers with a corresponding tracking number.
The shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout of the shopping cart. As the importer of the goods, you are responsible for paying local import duties or taxes (if applicable).
All products shipped by faltenlos-online GmbH have a shelf life of at least 12 months, with some exceptions. In this case we inform our customers in advance.
Faltenlos-online GmbH is not responsible for delivery errors where the delivery address given by the customer is wrong or the customer makes changes during transport.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse.
Lost parcels & late shipments
The maximum delivery time within the EU is thirty (30) working days, as provided by law. The maximum delivery time to the USA is forty-five (45) working days,
Packages stuck in customs
Please note that it is the importer’s (customer’s) responsibility to know the rules and regulations of each country. If a parcel is stopped at customs, we recommend that you contact your local customs office and either try to release or refuse the parcel and have it resent to us.
Once we have received the returned package, we will either reship it or refund the amount of the products. Please note that we will only make a refund if we receive the returned package – we are not responsible for confiscated goods.
Returns Policy
faltenlos-online GmbH accepts all products that are returned within 14 days after receipt of the product, provided that the reason falls under one of the following conditions:
The product contains manufacturing defects
The product was damaged on arrival
The product was not ordered (wrong goods)
In the event that any of the above conditions apply, please contact us here by email or call our customer service at +49 4425 1891 and we will resolve the situation and arrange the collection of the goods for return.
In the event of a return we will either replace the goods or refund 100% of the purchase price. Your refund will be made using the same payment method originally used f
